Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of services by Renaitre Waste Management (“we”, “us”, “our”) to you (“the customer”, “you”).

By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Provided

​​

We provide waste collection, removal, and disposal services, including (but not limited to):

  • Household waste removal

  • Commercial waste services

  • Property clearance

  • Recycling and disposal services

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Bookings and Quotes

​​

  • Quotes are based on the information you provide.

  • Final pricing may change if the actual waste differs in volume, type, or accessibility.

  • Bookings are only confirmed once agreed by both parties.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service.

 

4. Customer Responsibilities

​​

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about the waste

  • Ensure safe and legal access to the collection site

  • Be present at the agreed time (unless otherwise arranged)

  • Ensure that waste is ready for collection

Failure to meet these conditions may result in additional charges.

5. Prohibited Waste

​​

You must not include the following unless agreed in advance:

  • Hazardous waste (e.g. asbestos, chemicals)

  • Medical or clinical waste

  • Explosives or flammable substances

  • Illegal or controlled materials

We reserve the right to refuse collection of prohibited items.

6. Pricing and Payment

​​

  • Prices will be agreed in advance where possible

  • Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed

  • We may require deposits for certain jobs

  • Late payments may incur additional charges

 

7. Cancellations and Refunds

​​

  • Cancellations must be made with reasonable notice

  • Late cancellations may incur a fee

  • Refunds are issued at our discretion depending on the circumstances

 

8. Duty of Care

​​

We comply with our legal obligations under the Environmental Protection Act 1990.

This includes:

  • Handling and disposing of waste responsibly

  • Working with authorised waste facilities

  • Providing waste transfer documentation where required

  • Retaining records in accordance with legal requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that all waste handed over to us is described accurately.

 

9. Liability

  • We will take reasonable care when providing services

  • We are not liable for:

    • Pre-existing damage to property

    • Loss or damage resulting from inaccurate information provided by you

    • Delays outside our control

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

 

10. Access and Property

  • You must ensure clear and safe access to the site

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by restricted or unsafe access conditions

  • Any permits required (e.g. parking suspensions) are your responsibility unless agreed otherwise

11. Environmental Compliance

​​

We aim to minimise landfill use and maximise recycling in line with guidance from the Environment Agency.

However, we cannot guarantee that all waste will be recycled.

​

12. Data Protection

​

We process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018.

13. Force Majeure

​​

We are not liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather

  • Traffic disruptions

  • Mechanical breakdown

  • Government restrictions
